Welcome to samkoBuilds (the “Site”), a personal portfolio operated by Samuil Nikolov. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
1. Using the Site
You may browse the Site, read the guides, view projects, and use the interactive features for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at scale, or access areas you are not authorised to reach.
2. Accounts and nicknames
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Your chosen nickname is shown publicly (for example, on the game scoreboard) instead of your email. Do not choose a nickname that is offensive, impersonates someone else, or infringes anyone’s rights — such accounts or nicknames may be removed. You can request deletion of your account at any time via the contact page.
3. Content you submit
When you send a message through the contact form, submit a game score, or otherwise provide information, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate and lawful. You keep ownership of what you submit, but you grant Samuil Nikolov permission to store and use it as needed to operate the Site and respond to you. Do not submit anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others.
4. Intellectual property
The Site’s content — including the branding, design, projects, guides, images, and text — belongs to Samuil Nikolov unless stated otherwise, and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may share links to the Site and quote short excerpts with attribution, but you may not copy, republish, or resell the content as your own without prior written permission.
5. Guides and educational content
The guides and articles on the Site (including the “AI for Newbies” content and news summaries) are provided for general information and educational purposes only. They are not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and you use any information from them at your own discretion and risk. Always verify important details and links independently before acting on them.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites, tools, videos, or services that are not controlled by Samuil Nikolov. Those links are provided for convenience only, and their content, availability, and practices are the responsibility of the third parties. Following an external link is at your own risk.
7. Availability & changes
The Site is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It may be updated, changed, or taken offline at any time without notice, and features may be added or removed. No guarantee is made that the Site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samuil Nikolov is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site, its content, or any linked third-party service.

Information you submit (such as your email, nickname, or a contact message) is used only to operate the Site and to respond to you. It is not sold.
